When Piers and his family arrived on the island five years ago they made a decision upon setting up the business that they would focus on one off, special dinners of Michelin star quality rather than large scale catering. This is so that Piers can focus his skill, passion and energy on the level of food and service that he strives to deliver.
Piers works only with fresh, seasonal ingredients, combining local produce and beautiful flavours. He creates every element of his dishes from scratch and takes the time to source the very best produce from local suppliers in the region. His work is for clients looking to treat themselves to something truly memorable - with food that will be talked about for a long time to come.
Charlie’s Kitchen Pop Up Restaurant:
The Charlie’s Kitchen ‘Pop Up’ restaurant is an innovation that Piers has introduced to the area. Always a sell out event, the evening is hosted at secret and stunning locations island wide. This is an opportunity to gather in a beautiful house and sample Piers’very latest dishes served as a multi-course, seasonal Tasting Menu created exclusively for each event. The gatherings bring together friends and those who have never met in a shared experience over delicious food and conversation.
