Every bottle has its own story. It’s made in small batches with handpicked botanicals and citrus straight from the Sóller valley. Gin Soller's gin’s are totally natural, using old-school distilling with a 100-litre copper still. They are all about the details, so what you get is a gin that’s fresh, full of Mediterranean vibes and that captures Mallorca’s spirit.

If you are in the Port of Sóller, head to the vermouth bar. It’s a great location by the sea to try the gin or a few cocktails and on two nights a week enjoy live music while you soak up the view! Eric and his team will be there with big smiles and a glass at the ready.
