It’s a family affair – Cabraboc welcome you to their great store in central Soller. An area to gather to taste before you buy their unique Gin. Distilled with love in the middle of the Island and sold from the family home base of Soller.
Tastings are a big feature of the information sharing. The choice of herb blended gin is unique and has created the exceptional interest in this great product.
Spirit of the Island, the company behind the Cabraboc brand, has been producing wonderful gins and liquers here since 2012 and with new flavours added regularly the company is continuing to develop its own soul. The herbs of Mallorca are represented in the tastes of myrtle, pine, fennel, basil, thyme, rosemary and lemon to name a few. A full range to enjoy including the Cabraboc Orange Liqueur synonymous with the Soller Valley.
The beautiful shop welcomes you to the produce of the Soller Valley and the ability to match them with Cabraboc gins. The shop is situated just off Soller Placa next to the emblematic building of the Bank Of Soller. A beautiful street which can tell the tales of the past through its well-trodden cobbled stones.
