The Nautilus Restaurant is known in the Soller Valley for its superb food and great location. The terrace overhanging the sea and the floor to cieling windows in the restaurant offer a perfect spot for dining. Nautilus has occupied this spot since 1972 and welcomes generations of the same families every year.
As the Port of Soller rises up the side of the mountain Nautilus comes into view. The people who find it never forget their experiences here. This is a place where many wedding proposals have been made to the back drop of the setting sun and great champagne.
Their menu announces their credentials which are these ‘Our gastronomic concept is characterized by a healthy and honest cuisine. We combine local products from sustainable production around the Mediterranean Sea to delicious dishes with strong individual flavours. We only serve meat from free-range farming. No artificial flavours, no artificial additives. Our broths, sauces and soups steep for hours…
Nautilus is a fusion of classic bar culture and restaurant. With high-quality aperitifs and digestives as well as an inspiring wine list, they are able to fulfil every wish. Also, at Nautilus they prefer small, biodynamic producers rather than the big market leaders’. Food comes first supported by the amazing wine list. This means that tables are rarely available for ‘drinks only’ and reservations for meals are essential.
